Worldwide delivery
All tableware orders are shipped directly from our workshop in world porcelain city—Dehua, China. Tableware and ceramics are bulky and heavy. We ship direct to lower our carbon footprint getting our beautiful wares to you. It also means more accessible shipping fees.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. There may be additional processing time during peak sales periods such as holidays, promotional launches, sample sales, or pre-Christmas periods.

Delivery timeframes are indicative only. Yen Qin is not in control of any shipping delays or transit issues that may occur once the consignment is in the hands of the carrier.
All items are shipped duties paid (DDP). Please check your local country's customs policies if there should be any further import duties associated with DDP shipping.
Returns
Change of mind
If you change your mind, store credit is offered for items purchased at full retail price from the Yen Qin online store. Discounted items or purchases made as part of promotional sales are final.
To be eligible for store credit, Goods must be returned in unused condition with their original packing and received by our team in Abbotsford, Victoria, Australia within 30 business days of delivery.
Any shipping costs associated with the exchange process is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that customers send returns using a traceable & insured service, as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.

We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in used, damaged, or otherwise unoriginal condition, where the sender is not able to provide proof of purchase or items have been returned outside of our policy period. Rejected items may be sent back to a nominated address at an additional cost.
Item(s) broken in transit
Any items damaged or broken during shipment must be reported to georgina@yenqin.com within 5 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement.
Please email georgina@yenqin.com with a photo of the broken item/s, and the shipping box, ensuring the printed label and any exterior damage are visible. We do not require broken items to be returned.
Replacements will depend on stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund for the item will be issued.
Faulty goods
Due to the nature of handmade ceramics and natural glazes, there will always be some difference and variation in the colours, finish and form from one piece to the next. Slight irregularities in size, glaze and texture reflect the artisan nature of the product and should be embraced. These variations are considered “normal” and do not deem the product to be faulty.
If you still believe there is a fault in your piece, please take a photo of the fault and email georgina@yenqin.com within 5 days of delivery. The item will be assessed and the outcome will depend on the nature of the concern. If the item is assessed as faulty, you will be eligible for a full refund on the faulty item.
