Designed and created by ceramic artist Yen Qin

Yen Qin is the ceramic practice of Georgina Yen Qin Lee, a sixth-generation Peranakan Chinese artist from Melbourne, Australia. Through ceramics, Georgina reconnects with her Southeast Asian heritage, creating works that honour cultural identity within the context of contemporary life.

Her approach to ceramics goes beyond form and function, drawing deeply from the historical and cultural narratives of her ancestry to engage with the potential of cultural exchange—exploring the power of objects to transcend differences and foster understanding.
